I seen a video on Youtube from Craftingkatie and she made this card. I just had to make one for my son's 30th birthday on the 17th. He will just love this card and so so easy to make. I didn't even used my Cricut. The balloon and clouds are from My Creative Time. I just started to paper piece and I think it's something new that I enjoy doing. lol. Enjoy.
